In this episode of The Daily Push, Dr. Lonnie Marie invites you into a deeper conversation about discernment—not as fear or overthinking, but as direction.

Season VI is about Becoming Her Again, and part of that becoming is learning to trust wisdom over impulse and clarity over chaos. Drawing from Proverbs 19 and 20, this episode reminds us that good intentions are not enough. Wisdom protects us. Discipline strengthens us. In this opening episode, Dr. Lonnie Marie introduces the theme “Becoming Her Again.” This season is an invitation to return back to identity, back to wisdom, back to the woman God originally designed you to be.

Season VI is for the woman especially the woman 40 and over, who is rebuilding after heartbreak, transition, or loss and is ready to feel grounded, confident, feminine, and whole again. Becoming isn’t a one-time moment; it’s a remembering, a reclaiming, and a daily return to truth.
