Jesus’ Blueprint for Prayer | Understanding the Lord’s Prayer, the Power of Praise & Intimacy with God

Hello dear friend. In today’s episode, we explore how our heart posture shapes how we approach God in prayer. Drawing from Psalm 100:4, we reflect on entering His presence with thanksgiving and praise, no matter the distractions around us.

We also unpack the Lord’s Prayer, looking at how Jesus taught us to pray with reverence, trust, humility, and expectation. From acknowledging God as Father to asking for daily provision, forgiveness, and deliverance, this prayer offers a powerful framework for intimacy with Him.

Whether you're looking to deepen your personal prayer life or share these truths with others, this episode is full of practical wisdom and encouragement for your spiritual journey.

So grab your Bible and a warm cup of tea, and let’s sit with Jesus together.

Hello dear friend

Today, we’re talking about holiness as the key to sustained healing and deliverance.

We’ll look at John 5:14, where Jesus tells the man He healed, “See, you have been made well. Sin no more, lest a worse thing come upon you.” We’ll explore how, while healing may be given freely, maintaining it requires walking in holiness and in closeness with the One who made us whole.

This episode is an invitation to grow in likeness of Christ — not out of fear or striving, but from love and gratitude for the One who set us free.

Living Free in Christ | Letting Go of Shame and Condemnation

Note: I mistakenly re-published this episode while editing the title. This is originally EP 12 💗⬇️.

Hello dear friend. In today’s episode, we’re having a heartfelt conversation about something many of us quietly carry: shame and condemnation from our past. If you’ve ever felt weighed down by guilt or struggled to believe that you're truly forgiven, this episode is for you.

We’ll explore how the enemy uses shame to keep us stuck—and how Jesus invites us into freedom. Reflecting on John 8:1–12, we’ll look at the story of the woman caught in adultery and how Jesus met her not with condemnation, but with compassion and truth.

Whether you're wrestling with past mistakes or simply longing to walk more confidently in your faith, this conversation is a gentle reminder that in Christ, you are fully loved and completely forgiven.

So grab your Bible, maybe a warm cup of tea, and let’s walk this journey of healing—together.

Hello dear friend,

In this episode, I open up about a season when healthy eating became an obsession. What started as a desire to nourish my body and manage my weight gradually turned into orthorexia nervosa: a restrictive, all-consuming approach to food that affected my mental, physical, and spiritual well-being.

I share how I recognised the problem, broke free from wellness culture, and found a gentler approach to eating healthily. If you’ve ever felt controlled by food, striving for perfection, or moralising what you eat, this conversation is for you.

Hello dear friend,

This week, I’m opening up about my journey to creating a more intentional and joyful relationship with social media.

Social media can be fun, entertaining, and a great way to stay in touch. But for many of us, it’s also a major source of self-comparison, overstimulation, and disconnection from our real lives. In this episode, I share how I’ve learned to set healthier boundaries with how I use social, and how you can too.

We talk about the temptation of comparison, the trap of doomscrolling, and why your time, attention, and mental wellbeing are worth protecting. I also share practical ways to use social media with intention, without letting it steal your joy or distract you from your daily life.

Whether you’re online every day or just occasionally, my prayer is that this conversation helps you rethink what you’re allowing into your mind and spirit, and inspires you to live with more presence and peace.

Hello dear friend,

This week, we’re unpacking two deeply connected themes: hyper-independence and femininity.

For much of my life I was afraid to show vulnerability and to ask for help. Over time I realised that the comfort zone of independence was slowly hardening my heart and cutting me off from the softer, emotional side God designed in me.

In this episode, I share my journey of slowing leaving that comfort zone, reconnecting with my emotions, and embracing my femininity as an integral part of how God made me. We’ll talk about practical ways to unlearn the patterns of hyper-independence, how to get back in touch with your and softer side, and why interdependence with God and with others is key to living well.

If you’ve ever struggled to let people in or feared losing yourself in vulnerability, I hope this conversation reminds you that true strength can be tender, and femininity is not something to run from, but something to rest in.

Hello dear friend,

This episode is a continuation of our conversation on identity in Christ.

We’ll explore what it means to find our worth and identity in Jesus, which includes knowing that we are made in God’s image, deeply loved, chosen, and made righteous through Him.

Together, we’ll walk through key scriptures like Genesis 1:27, Psalm 139:13-14 and Romans 8:38-39. Each one shows us that God created us intentionally, that He loves us unconditionally, and that He created us for a purpose.

This episode is an invitation to ground your sense of self in God’s Word and rest in the truth that your identity is secure in Christ.

This week we're talking about how self-love, while important, is not enough to fully heal the deep feelings of unworthiness and brokenness that many of us carry. True healing comes through the love of Christ, and it’s through cultivating a sincere and intimate relationship with Him that we begin to experience real wholeness. Let’s lean into His love together.

Hello dear friend,

In today’s episode of the pod, I’m sharing my testimony of how reading the Bible daily has transformed over the years.

I talk about my journey of moving from being self-focused and anxious to becoming rooted in Christ, grounded in peace, and finally able to understand God’s character through His Word.

Most importantly, I talk through simple ways to build a consistent Bible-reading rhythm — from using one-year Bible plans, to choosing accessible translations and inviting the Holy Spirit to guide you as you read.

If you’ve been wanting to grow in the Word but don’t know where to start, this episode will encourage you and give you a roadmap to get started.

Hello dear friend

In this episode of Well with Jesus, we’re talking about body goals and whether it’s healthy to work out for aesthetic reasons. I share my own journey from chasing the “perfect body” to finding peace in viewing movement as a way to care for the body God’s given me.

We’ll unpack how wellness culture often confuses beauty with health, the trap of obsessing over our appearance or routines, and what happens when fitness becomes an idol. I’ll also share some gentle advice on body image and how to guard your heart by keeping your pursuit of wellness rooted in your relationship with God.

Hello dear friend

In this episode, we’re talking about what it really means to forgive from a Biblical perspective, especially in a world that celebrates “cancel culture.”

I share my own journey of learning to forgive when it didn’t feel fair or easy, and how Scripture helped me understand that forgiveness is more than a feeling; it’s a decision rooted in obedience and sustained by God’s grace.

We’ll also talk about what the Bible says about the cost of holding onto unforgiveness, and how to set healthy, Spirit-led boundaries while still choosing to walk in love.

Hello dear friend,

In this episode, I open up about my journey of learning to see God as a kindhearted Father. For a long time, I carried pain from my relationship with my earthly father, which made it surrender to God’s fatherhood.

Through prayer, I began to experience His tenderness and personally experience Him as Abba.

This episode is an invitation to bring your pain to God, to let Him meet you where it hurts, and to experience the safety and compassion of His fatherly love.

In the last episode of season one, we unpack emotional eating, a pattern many of us fall into when trying to soothe emotional pain or navigate life’s challenges.

I share parts of my own story, from childhood into adulthood, and how I worked through the root causes behind my emotional eating using tools like therapy and journaling.

We also talk through the spiritual side of emotional eating: its links to gluttony and idolatry, and how it can be a sign that we need to grow in the fruit of self-control.

This conversation also invites us to check where we might be turning to food instead of turning to God, and to step into greater freedom with Him.

Hello dear friend,

This week, I’m slowing down to talk about something we all long for but often overlook, true rest. Not just a weekend nap or a holiday, but the deep, soul-level rest that only Jesus offers.

In this episode, we open Hebrews 4 and look at what it really means to enter God’s rest in the middle of our busy, sometimes-burdened lives. I share how learning to pause, lean on Him, and trust His promises has shifted my heart from leaning on my own strength to refreshment in Christ.

Whether your days feel overwhelming or you’re simply longing for a calmer, more anchored spirit, I hope this conversation reminds you that rest is not a luxury, it’s a gift. And it’s yours to receive.

I open up about how I’ve found healing through faith, body neutrality, and some practical strategies that have helped me shift the way I see myself. It’s been a journey of learning to understand that I’m so much more than just a body—and of inviting God into that process.

If you’ve ever struggled with how you see yourself or how to align your wellness journey with your walk with Jesus, this one’s for you. I hope it brings you insight, encouragement, and a reminder that your identity is rooted in Him.

In this episode of Well With Jesus, I’m diving into the complicated journey of body image and self-worth from a Christian perspective. I’m sharing some of my personal struggles with body image and the insecurities I’ve wrestled with, especially in light of the pressures and ideals we so often absorb from society.

Hello dear friend,
In today’s season two finale, we’re exploring a Biblical perspective on popular wellness practices — crystals, horoscopes/astrology, and burning sage.
I walk through each one in a simple Q&A format, sharing both my own experience and what Scripture teaches us about these practices. We talk about why things that seem harmless or “spiritually helpful” can actually draw our hearts away from God, and how some of these trends fall under divination, which the Bible clearly warns us against.
Most importantly, I share why God invites us to come directly to Him for clarity, healing, protection, and peace, rather than to objects or rituals that make spiritual promises they can’t deliver.
If you’ve ever been curious about these practices or wondered how to navigate them as a Christian, this episode will bring clarity, encouragement, and truth.

Hello dear friend,

Today I open up about my own journey with depression, so I want to give a gentle trigger warning for anyone who may be in a sensitive place right now.

I share how God used Isaiah 61:3 to show me the spiritual roots of depression, what the Bible calls the spirit of heaviness. I also talk about my testimony of healing, and how God's taught me about praise as the path to healing.

This is a very personal and faith-filled conversation. I hope is that it reminds you that depression is not your identity and that healing is possible through Christ.

Hello dear friend,

In today’s episode, we dive into the difference between Biblical meditation and Eastern/new-age meditation. New-age meditation is promoted on so many wellness platforms as a tool for mental peace, clarity and as an antidote to anxiety/stress.

The good news is we don’t have to turn to Eastern/new age practices. Jesus offers us all of those things and more. One of the ways He invites us to access His peace is by meditating on Him and His word. Tune in to learn how to meditate God’s way.

Is Manifestation Biblical? | Exposing the Spiritual Risks Behind New Age Practices

Hello dear friend. In today’s episode, we’re having a heartfelt conversation about something that’s become incredibly popular in our culture—manifestation and the law of attraction. Maybe you’ve heard phrases like “speak it into existence” or “you attract what you are”—but how do these ideas really line up with our faith?

Through scripture, reflection, and honest questions, we’ll explore how to stay rooted in God’s truth while navigating a world full of mixed messages.

I’ll be sharing some personal thoughts and biblical insights to help you stay anchored in your walk with Jesus. Whether this is something you’ve wrestled with for a while or you're just curious to learn more, this episode is a space of grace, clarity, and encouragement.

So grab your Bible and maybe a warm cup of tea, and let’s dive into this important conversation—together.
