He looks back on the wilderness years — the fear, the delay, the battles, and the faithfulness of God through it all.

What should have been an eleven-day journey became forty years. Not because God failed, but because the people hesitated.

These chapters remind us that God is patient, intentional, and still in control — even in the waiting. Before stepping into promise, there must be remembrance.
