Sometimes we’re absorbing the energy in the rooms we’re in. Other times, we’re creating it. The key is being intentional about when we’re doing each and who we’re doing it around.</p><p></p><p>At the beginning of the year, it’s so easy to fall back into default environments. The same friend groups. The same conversations. The same thinking. </p><p></p><p>But if I want different results this year, I have to choose different rooms.</p><p></p><p>Who I spend time with impacts how I think.<br />How I think impacts how I show up.<br />How I show up impacts what I create.</p><p></p><p>When I put myself in rooms where people are expanding, building, dreaming bigger than me; I become the sponge. I absorb that energy. It stretches me. It raises my standard.</p><p>And when I walk into rooms that need light, leadership, and belief — I choose to be the faucet. I decide how I’m going to show up.
