That experience planted a seed that eventually led him to train as a therapist.</p><p></p><p>Lee began his counselling training in 2017 and has been practising professionally since 2021. He works integratively with men, drawing on counselling, CBT, and EMDR, and is particularly passionate about supporting men through baby loss an area he believes is still too often overlooked.</p><p>Bringing both professional training and lived experience into his work, Lee understands how isolating these struggles can be. Having experienced OCD from childhood and later the devastating loss of his baby son, Ray, he speaks openly about the impact of grief and the importance of giving men space to process it.</p><p></p><p><b>There Is a Light Therapy</b> is named after the first song Lee listened to following Ray’s death a reminder that no matter how dark life may feel, there is always some light somewhere.</p><p></p><p>Lee holds a Diploma in Person-Centred Counselling, a Postgraduate Certificate in CBT, and has completed EMDR Europe training. His therapeutic approach is warm, grounded, and trauma-informed.
