She is a graduate of Cecilia High School in Cecilia, Louisiana, and Xavier University of Louisiana in Biology Pre-Med. She also earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette.

Through both her personal journey and professional experience, Tanya brings empathy, wisdom, and depth to conversations around healing, relationships, and navigating life’s most challenging seasons. Her work reflects a passion for helping others find clarity, resilience, and purpose through life’s most challenging seasons.
